Shipping

While our Indonesian stock is developing in range and size, the vast majority of our tiles will need to be shipped directly from Japan for your project.

We will take care of all of the details but we would like to share timing and costs with you.

The time spent at sea is around 3 weeks, customs at either end is about a week and then another week either end for road transport.

This means it will take 7-8 weeks from when your tiles are available to reach you.

Having said this, we would recommend leaving longer so unexpected delays do not interfere with you project.

The cost to ship your order by sea from Japan will be around 7,000,000 IDR, and will vary depending on the size of the order and final delivery location.
